I ran into an issue and reached out to support, and they got back to me fast enough. It wasn’t a huge hassle in the end, just one of those things you hope gets sorted without too much back and forth.....

I had to verify my identity before I could use the account, which I understand is standard and the responsible thing to do. Still, it took a bit longer than I expected, and I had to upload my ID twice because the first one wasn’t accepted. That part was a little annoying, and I do think companies should make the process clearer out of fairness to customers. Once it was done, though, I was able to log in without any real issues. The account access is simple, and I didn’t get locked out or run into anything major. I’m giving it 4 stars because support could definitely be faster, but overall it worked fine for me.

I just wanted to log in and check my transfer, but the app made it way harder than it needed to be. It kept freezing on the login screen, and half the time the buttons wouldn’t even respond. I had to restart the app three times just to do one simple thing. Really frustrating and definitely needs fixing.

I tried ACE Money Transfer because they were offering a promo and a referral bonus, but it ended up being frustrating. The bonus never showed up, and the terms were really unclear. When I contacted support, I just got the same copy and paste response. It feels like they advertise rewards but make it difficult to actually receive them. I won’t be using it again

I mostly use acemoneytransfer.com because it has the payment options I need. Paying by card has worked fine for me, and I like that there’s also a bank transfer option if I want it. I do wish the fees were shown a bit more clearly before the final step, but overall it’s simple, works well, and does the job. 4 stars from me.

The pickup itself was fine, but the payout took forever. I kept checking for updates and it felt like they were dragging it out on purpose, like maybe they hoped I’d stop asking or just forget about it. Not a great feeling when you’re expecting your money and nobody seems in a hurry to help.
